Upon speaking with her, we agreed that the best way to proceed was to finish up some projects to get our home ready to list. Although we did most of the work, Krista helped us by recommending people that she trusted for some of it. That helped a lot! Made me feel secure that Krista wanted to help us suceed with our sale, and gave us less to worry about. We weren't ready to list until July, we had things to sell, give away, etc. She NEVER put pressure on us. Just stayed in touch to check in and ask how we were doing, giving opinions when needed, and checking on our timeline for the sale. When ready to list, Krista had great photos taken. Our listing began July 26th and we had great showings all weekend. Her social media knowledge helped gain attention to our home. Our home was shared numerous times, and given the media attention required in todays market. We had multiple showings that weekend. Krista stayed on top of it all and communicated well with us. She genuinely cares about finding the home that fits best for you. I got my home about a year ago and it's absolutely perfect but it took a while to find it. Holly will send you links daily of new homes that just came on the market but never feel like to have to look at them, she just wants you to have as many options as possible. She's also great about getting a viewing for a home you might find online yourself. One of my favorite things about her is she is super honest. She's not going to try to push a home on you that's obviously completely wrong. I learned that pictures and reality are very different. If you're looking for someone who knows why they are doing, is friendly and super helpful on finding and closing on the home then I highly recommend Holly. As a side note, I really did recommend her to a friend of mine earlier this year and he had an awesome experience too and ended up with the perfect home on the exact budget he needed.

This was my second experience with her and the team. I was very pleased with both. I sold a house last year after the loss of my husband and bought a house this year. Krista has a plethora of resources that she can call on to get a house ready for sale along with professionals to inspect a potential property to purchase. I completely relied on her for both. She did the work to make all the transactions smooth. I trust her judgment and opinion and I would definitely call on her again if ever I was in need of a realtor.
